Wishing you happy holidays and a year filled with adventure

This festive season is an especially festive one. Hanukkah is under way and goes through sunset on Dec. 26, overlapping with Christmas and Kwanzaa this year. An exciting, if sometimes chaotic, year of travel is culminating with the first “normal” festive season in three years. The next year holds a lot of promise, with more countries fully opening and restrictions mostly a memory. We tell you this every year, but it’s not too early to start planning your 2023, even for the festive season. There’s still a great deal of pent-up demand.

Starting Thursday, the days will start getting longer, beginning the march to the spring equinox and summer solstice. The future is bright. We’ve come a long way from the darkest days of 2020, and the desire for the connection that only travel gives is as strong as ever. We thank you, our travelers, for keeping us going and for making 2022 a wonderful year. We look forward to even more adventures in 2023. Our supplier partners continue to amaze us with the experiences they create, and we’re excited to share them with you in the coming year.

We hope you’ve been able to gather more with extended family and friends this year and can spend the holidays basking in their company. With restrictions loosened, we’re here to help plan group and multigenerational travel so you can celebrate the joy of travel and togetherness. The last couple of years have reinforced how precious our time is and how important it is to make the most of it. The memories we make with loved ones will last a lifetime and help make up for what we’ve missed out on.

Another year is almost gone. Let’s reflect on the joys and struggles of this one, taking away lessons we can use to improve in the next one. Let’s look ahead to the new year, the special milestones and occasions, the goals we hope to achieve. When we reach those moments, let’s celebrate them. We know now not to take them for granted. Let’s see more of the world in 2023. It’s ready and waiting, and it has so many more lessons and experiences to share with us.
